This job will include

  1. Financial Management: general financial reporting, general ledger, payroll, and budgeting (there is acct to help you).
  2. HR Management including training and development, salary administration, employee relations, etc. for non-legal staff.
  3. Systems Management – IT and technology analysis.

  5. Marketing initiatives.
As the Business Manager, you will work with attorneys and staff to identify and analyze complex issues, problems, and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will maintain effective working relationships with attorneys clients staff and will display excellent supervisory and leadership skills. Experience with professional service organizations is key. Not the amount of years, but the depth of experience and ability to problem solve is most important. Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or Marketing preferred. CLM designation a plus.
