Law Firm Client Satisfaction Surveys and Feedback Programs

One of the most cost effective marketing tools available to law firms is a survey of client needs and perceptions. With this deeper understanding of what your client really wants and really thinks, your firm can leverage its strengths, address its weaknesses and solidify client relationships. Please join us on June 11, 2014, at Noon at the Madison Monthly Lunch Meeting for a presentation on Law Firm Client Surveys. Our speaker is Jennifer Rupkey, the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Jennifer will discuss client survey benefits, client survey methodologies and how her firm has utilized client surveys in developing its marketing programs to deliver superior client service.

About Our Speaker:

Jennifer Rupkey serves as Michael Best's Director of Marketing & Business Development. With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer was recently inducted into the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Hall of Fame. As Director, she oversees the firm’s Marketing & Business Development Department, including new business generation, marketing, public relations and communication efforts throughout the firm’s seven offices. Jennifer is responsible for defining, developing and evolving the firm’s business development and marketing strategy through well-planned, implemented and executed programs. She works closely with the firm’s managing partner, practice group chairs, office managing partners, and other senior administrators to develop initiatives that are consistent with and supportive of the firm’s overall strategic plan and vision.

Jennifer has substantial experience in developing strategic marketing plans and initiatives at all levels, including practice group, industry group, office-based and individual attorney plans. She actively participates in internal firm committees, providing high-level, strategic counsel with regard to internal and external promotion and implementation, as well as the development of related guidelines and policies.
