CLASS ACTION is published quarterly by the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators, which is a chapter of the international professional association, the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). Permission to reproduce material appearing in the newsletter must be obtained in advance from the Newsletter Editor of the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators.
Class Action is published to provide information for the education and benefit of legal administrators, law office managers, managing partners of law firms, and others interested in law firm management. WALA is not engaged in rendering legal, financial, or tax counseling through this publication. No statement in this newsletter should be interpreted as legal, financial, or tax advice.
Any article, letter, or advertisement published in Class Action should not be considered an endorsement by WALA of the opinions expressed therein or any product(s) advertised. Contributing authors are requested and expected to disclose financial and/or professional interests and affiliations which may influence their writing position.
Manuscripts may be submitted for publication in Class Action by directing them to either the President of the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators or directly to the Editor of Class Action. Such manuscripts must be typewritten, preferably in 10-pitch type or larger, and should be double-spaced.
